Minimum age for space rentals, memberships, and students is 18. Youth workshops (under 18) we offer are booked through our partner, Mill Studio Arts, per our collaborative schedule. Individual youth mentoring is available on an individual basis.

100% refund (less processing fee of $10) if a student withdraws more than 1 week prior to the day the class starts.

If a student cancels less than one week prior to start, we can offer a 100% refund if we can fill the seat. If not, we will refund 50% of your class fee (less processing fee of $10).

Absolutely no refunds once the class starts.

Processing fees from our online payment gateway are nonrefundable.

We cannot offer credit for future classes for withdrawals.

In case of illness or any other unexpected reasons that cause a student to miss one or more classes, we are sorry but we are not able to offer refunds as our seats and classes are limited. Our instructor is not able to repeat lessons outside of class time but will provide a review of the previous class’s instruction.

If we cancel a course, all registered students will be notified and 100% of your fee will be refunded.

Classes that do not meet our minimum enrollment requirements will be canceled 2-4 days prior to the day the class begins.

With permission, we will allow non-studio clays and glazes with memberships, with approval from management. A membership surcharge of $20 per month will be applied to cover firing costs, which is normally built into studio clay purchases.

GUESTS are not allowed without explicit permission from the studio owner. If you are allowed to bring a guest, the guest rate is $10/hour for studio time (booked on this site under Workshops and Classes) and if there is any work to be bisque fired/glazed/glaze fired, our paid firing rates apply to guests. Work MUST be signed by the guest, not the member.

We do offer paid firings for non-members or non-students. Please read our agreement here. Terms which are subject to change without notice. Staff can accept work from 1pm-6pm on Mondays and Fridays or by appointment.
